Join us in Amersfoort (NL) for the 33rd Annual EfVET International Conference hosted by Dutch Members in a city with a rich cultural and commercial history, the conference will span three days of insightful plenary sessions, interactive workshops, roundtables, marketplace, and networking opportunities.

The registration fees for the congress included 21% VAT  and it includes:

Registration fees

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference, all materials (documentation and welcome package), coffee breaks, the pre-conference reception and dinner on Wednesday 23 October, the lunches on Thursday and Friday, the reception on Thursday 24 October, the Gala Dinner on Friday 25 October, the lunch and excursions on Saturday 26 October for participants. The fee does not cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Welcome and registration desk

Registration starts at 13.00 on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, with the conference scheduled to start at 13.00 sharp. Please collect your delegate badge, conference bags, and literature from the registration desk on arrival, which will be the main information point for the event and be manned for 3 days. Welcome reception from 19.00 to 20.00 followed by dinner.
