My name is Aitor and I’m 20 years old. I’m from Donostia-San Sebastian, Basque Country, Spain which has a beautiful old town but it is most famous for its culinary excellence. With more than a dozen Michelin Star-awarded restaurants in a fifty kilometer -radius, San Sebastian is a true haute cuisine paradise.
I am passionate about gastronomy and I have been studying about it for 4 years now and always in Cebanc, one of the most prestigious VET centers in Guipuzcoa.
I am passionate about basketball, love being in the nature and everything else colourful.
I am delighted to be able to participate in this year´s EfVET conference in the beautiful island of Rhodes and even more to be one of the organisers of the sustainability workshop. I believe that if everyone does its part to a more sustainable world the future of our planet will be brighter.
