PhD Annemaija Summanen has been involved in human resourced development and management since 2000. Since 2001 she has been representative council member of the cooperative store of South Savo, being a Vice President since 2007. Her special expertise is in the following fields: Leadership Team’s Well-being Coaching, Self-leadership, Human Resource Management, Impact of Human Resource Management on Employee Productivity and Well-being, The Dimensions of Well-being and Enhancing Understanding in Leadership.
