Carlamaria Tiburtini role is Senior HR Business Partner and Inclusion& Diversity Leader for Avio Aero a GE Aviation Business.
She started her career as a Sales Analyst for Lehman Brothers Sim before transitioning into HR to build a solid experience (L’Oréal,UTC) in change management, talent development, training management, industrial relation, and inclusion & diversity.
As Senior HR Business Partner of the Program & Project Management, Commercial&Sales, Communications, Finance, Legal&Compliance functions she contributes to current and future business success recruiting, retaining and developing talents. As I&D Leader she oversees the coordination, planning and implementation for I&D activities through a dedicated I&D Council – an organisational matrix of focal-points for each affinity network group at every site location-supported by the Avio Aero Leadership team. She is sitting – at corporate level in the GE Areospace Inclusion Council representing Europe. She is also charing the GE Areospace HR Inclusion Council with the main purpose to provide the right tooling to HR Community to adequately lead their customers through the inclusion journey.
Creative and passionate by nature, Carlamaria is convinced that her job has more to do with a “mission” rather than with a job title. She likes to go beyond the so-called limits and evaluate people for what they can bring to the company despite their physical status, sexual orientation, gender, religion, ethnicity, background etc.
She sits in several national association eg. B.o.D of Parks – Liberi e Uguali association, she is part of AIDP Piemonte boards and is National Inclusion Leader of Aidp Inclusion and represents the company in different worktable like Stem4ValoreD associations focused on women empowerment.
