Ewelina Iwanek has graduated from the Marie Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin / Faculty of Chemistry and Faculty of Law with 2 Masters Degrees (2000& 2002). She is a PhD holder in Law (2011). She has attended the post-graduate studies in preparation of projects and management of European funds at the University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin.
From the beginning of her professional career, she has been working for the Polish Foundation of the Opportunities Industrialization Centers “OIC Poland” since 2002. Nowadays she is the President of the Board at the OIC Poland Foundation – training and educational NGO established in 1990.
She has extensive experience in all aspects of project management, from preparation to coordination of complex projects at national and international scale. She was the member of the research teams developing the ICT tool for competence assessment of employees, managers, potential entrepreneurs; ICT tools for measurement of professional predispositions of students and graduates of secondary schools.
She was also the member of the expert team working on the model of women’s start-up support institutions, mentoring program for women’s start-up, and accreditation system for Mentors and Women’s Start-Up Support.
Since 2006 she has been focused on projects and programmes providing support for SMEs, start-ups, entrepreneurship, VET institutions.
She was also the approved adviser for SME in training and informational services (Polish Agency for Enterprise Development – 2005); holder of the Prince 2 Project Management certification. She was the Member of the National Thematic Network in the area of Education and Higher Education 2007-2013 and the Member of the Regional Thematic Network of the Lublin Voivodship 2007-2013.
From 2009 she is also lecturer at the University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin (Administration and Economics Faculty).
