We wanted to reduce the plastic annual consumption 481.188 (avg ≈200 unit per person) and at the same time we wanted to give our Employees a free access to drinkable water. We put in place a team and deeply studied and evaluated the entire scenario; then we made a cost projection and shared that with the senior management team offering them a couple of proposal. It took us some time to review it and to choose the right external partner, put in place the communication and now everyone is happy!
